Plant Sterols, also known as Phytosterols, are naturally occurring substances found in a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals, and have been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. When taken regularly Plant Sterols can help stop normal cholesterol being absorbed into the blood and small intestine and therefore help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
How To Take
Take one capsule daily with water.
Not suitable for under 18 or over 70's.
Not suitable during pregnancy
