Introducing the Military Pen Pocket Patch (M3P) pen/pencil holder for Army and Air Force OCP uniforms. No more jabbing your bicep or fiddling with pocket flaps to access your pens and pencils! Simply attach the M3P to the existing shoulder loop, and affix your patches as normal (approved by AFI 36-2903). The M3P Military Pen Pocket Patch was designed and produced for Army and Air Force OCP uniforms and is a perfect color match using genuine Velcro brand fasteners. OCP uniforms do provide pen pockets, but they are poorly placed and inconvenient. Standard OCPs have them on the forearm, which results in the pens stabbing your bicep when you bend your arm. OCP flight suits require you to open a hook-and-loop flap in order to access your pens and pencils, which can be inconvenient (and cutting the pocket flap is not allowed).
