Nitto P-02, previously known as Permacel P-02, is made from paper that has been coated with a synthetic rubber and resin pressure-sensitive adhesive and is laminated with a paper release liner. It can be used with glass or metal surfaces and is the best tape to use when you require strength and conformability.</p> <p>Available in various sizes such as Nitto P-02-2 (Permacel) 2-inch tape, this heavy-duty double-sided (AKA double-coated) tape securely holds pieces of metal in place during machining, and can be used to anchor metal cuts, patches, and plates to printing forms. It is also effective for mounting moldings, small fixtures, and display items. Nitto Tape P-02 won't dissolve with limited exposure to solvents like gasoline, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride or MEK. Even after exposure to high pressure laminating, the release liner removes easily.</p> NOTES: Sizes shipped will typically be the tape industry standard metric-cut sizes, i.e. 24mm for each 1 inch of nominal tape width ordered (rolls are approximately 5% narrower than the nominal size). This product's actual size is 24mm x 33m.
